Chief Executives Forum News
Following each meeting of the Chief Executives Forum, the secretariat circulates a one-page newsletter to member councils for chief executives to share with their staff. These newsletters highlight key decisions and matters discussed at the meeting.

Welcome to new Chief Executives
At the Chief Executives Forum meeting on 30 October 2017, two new CEs were welcomed: Fergus Power from the Waitaki District Council, and Suzette van Aswegen from the Mackenzie District Council.
Farewell to Michael Ross
Michael Ross retires as Chief Executive, Waitaki District Council, on 30 June 2017.
Canterbury Mayors and Chief Executives farewelled Michael at the Mayoral Forum meeting in Timaru on 26 May 2017.
