The Canterbury Chief Executives Forum met on 2 November 2020.

- the Climate Change regional risk assessment
- three waters service delivery review
- a stocktake of IT platforms, apps, and procurement cycles
- a short-term working party on the impacts of flexible working
- a Deloitte report analysing third party expenditure
- election of Chairs for the regional forums for 2021, who will be:
- Chief Executives Forum – Hamish Riach
- Policy Forum – David Ward
- Corporate Forum – Bede Carran
- Operations Forum – Hamish Dobbie
